Tropical Sunset Cocktail

Ingredients

6 dice-sized pineapple chunks

1-2 slices habanero (remove seeds for less spice)

1 ½ ounces Four Roses Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon

½ ounce lime juice

3 ounces ginger beer

2 dashes bitters

Lime wedge

Directions

In a shaker, muddle pineapple and habanero. Add ice, bourbon and lime juice. Shake for about 4 shakes. Open shaker and add 2 ounces ginger beer. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with remaining ginger beer. Float bitters over the drink and garnish with a lime wedge.
