Price Match Policy

On most occasions, ABC will match legitimate wine, spirits, and beer prices from various local retail competitors, including their online prices for Florida locations only and within 10 miles of the store you are shopping. These retailers include: B21, Crown Fine Wine & Spirits, CVS, Luekens Liquors, Norman’s, Publix, Save Rite, Total Wine, Walgreen’s, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie. (Club stores like Costco, Sam's, and BJs are excluded from this policy.) ABC reserves the right to reject a price match.

Price matching is not available on:

• Items purchased from our website, abcfws.com.

• Price differences between ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in-store prices and those listed on abcfws.com.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Our price match policy DOES NOT include:

• Anything other than wine, spirits, and beer (i.e., tobacco, soda, accessories, gourmet food, etc.)

• Percentage or dollar-off coupons

• Buy one, get one free promotions

• Clearance or closeout prices

• Bundled items

What’s considered a local retail competitor?

Retail stores located in the same market within 10 miles of the local ABC store where the price match has been requested. This includes online prices too, meaning the online price ONLY qualifies if it is for a store within the 10-mile radius.

What qualifies as proof of a price?

• A printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad showing a valid price and date.

• Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted and must display a valid price and date.

• If you found the price online, please present the price on your mobile device from a qualifying local competitor’s website.

To complete the price match, the store must be able to successfully validate the price on the local competitor’s website or ad.
