Ingredients

8 cups green grapes

1, 750mL bottle Prosecco

2 ounces vodka

1 pack gelatin (flavor of choice)

Directions

Remove grapes from stems and place in a bowl. Pour in Prosecco and vodka and allow to soak for 3-4 hours. Drain the excess liquid* and pat dry. Place in a freezer bag and evenly coat with gelatin. Freeze for up to 6 hours or until frozen.

*Use excess vodka mixture for a batch cocktail.

Batch Cocktail: Sparkling Grapefruit Punch

Prosecco-vodka mixture

4 ounces grapefruit juice

Soda water

Combine Prosecco-vodka mixture and grapefruit juice to a pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready, pour over ice, top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
