Ingredients

½ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

12 ounces chocolate, chopped

Cocoa powder

Directions

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add cream and bring to a simmer. Add red wine to cream and stir. Place chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour warm cream mixture over chocolate and stir until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight until somewhat solid. Roll mixture into small balls, coat with cocoa and refrigerate until served.
