Enjoy every drop of your long weekend with these refreshing batch cocktails and boozy bite recipes.

Batch Cocktails

Why batch? Because you can batch your bottom dollar that everyone is going to want one. Come to the pool party or barbecue prepared with these cocktail recipes that are designed to be shared.

Blood Orange Sunset Spritz

This recipe elevates sauvignon blanc, a summertime staple, with bubbles and fruity blood orange flavor. What more could you ask for?

The Recipe

  • 2 cups Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc

  • 3 large rosemary sprigs

  • 4 ounces fresh blood orange juice

  • 1, 12-ounce can club soda

  • Thinly sliced blood oranges

Add sauvignon blanc, rosemary sprigs and fresh blood orange juice to a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but up to 24 hours. Fill glasses with ice and fill ¾ way with wine mixture. Top with club soda. Garnish with rosemary and thinly sliced blood oranges. Makes 4 to 6 cocktails.

Punch Fresco

Scotch might not be the first spirit you reach for to make a summertime cocktail but trust us on this one: this single malt Scotch is finished in Caribbean rum barrels, giving it a tropical flavor profile with notes of banana, pear and apple. Mixed with watermelon, agave and mint, this one is downright delicious.

The Recipe

  • 1 ½ cups The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Scotch

  • 4 watermelon chunks

  • 1 ½ cups fresh watermelon juice

  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

  • Mint sprigs

  • Watermelon wedge

In a pitcher, add Scotch, watermelon chunks, watermelon juice and agave nectar. Muddle and set aside. In a glass with ice, add mixture and garnish with mint sprig and watermelon wedge. Makes 6 to 8 cocktails.

Pool Party Punch

The name says it all. This punch is boozy, fruity and blue as the sky on a beautiful long weekend. Try garnishing with a cocktail umbrella for a splash of tropical flair!

The Recipe

  • 2 cups Alpine Blu Vodka

  • 4 cups lemonade

  • ¼ - ½ cup Charles Regnier Blue curaçao

  • Blueberries

  • Lemon wheel

In a punch bowl, add vodka, lemonade, blue curaçao, blueberries and lemon wheels. Serve in a glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon wheel. Makes 8 to 10 cocktails.

Brother’s Bond Watermelon Punch

What’s better than a cherry limeade on a hot day? Maybe a boozy watermelon limeade, which is basically what this is.

The Recipe

  • 6 ounces Brother’s Bond Bourbon Whiskey

  • 3 ounces simple syrup

  • 3 ounces fresh lime juice

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed

  • 6-8 ounces club soda

  • Watermelon, cut into stars

  • Mint leaves

In a blender, add whiskey, simple syrup, lime juice and watermelon. Blend until combined. Pour into a pitcher and top with club soda and ice. When ready to serve, pour into individual glasses and garnish with a watermelon star and mint leaves.
