Ingredients

4 lemons

2 limes

1 cup Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc

3 tablespoons cranberry juice

2 packets unflavored gelatin

½ cup sugar

1 cup water, boiling

Directions

Cut lemons and limes lengthwise and carefully remove the flesh from the peel without tearing. Discard flesh. In a pitcher, add wine and cranberry juice. Sprinkle gelatin over wine mixture and let stand for 2 minutes. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add sugar mixture to wine and gelatin. Stir until combined. Arrange peels on a tray and pour mixture into peels until completely full. Place in refrigerator until gelatin is set, about 2 hours.
