Ingredients

8 ounces of cream cheese, cubed

4 cups sharp cheddar cheese

1, 12-ounce can Cigar City Maduro Brown Ale

Directions

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour in beer and bring to boil. Once it begins to foam add in cream cheese and whisk until fully melted. Then, slowly begin adding in cheddar cheese, ½ cup at a time. Stir until it is at desired consistency, serve with soft pretzels and enjoy.
