Pisco Sour

Ingredients

2 ounces Pisco

1 ounce lime juice

½ ounce simple syrup

1 egg white

Angostura bitters

Lime wheel

 

Directions

In a shaker with ice, add Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake well and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with 3 drops of bitters and a lime wheel.
