Maple Bourbon Sour Cocktail

Ingredients

2 ounces WhistlePig PiggyBack Bourbon

¾ ounce maple syrup

1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2 dashes aromatic bitters

1 egg white

Orange peel

Cherry

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon and egg white and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds until the egg white is very frothy. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters and ice. Shake to combine. Strain and serve in a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.
